OUR PROCESS

At Quoise we have decided to partner with brands and associations that share our vision for a cleaner ocean.

Here is the process for producing ECONYL® regenerated nylon:

RESCUE. We use waste that would otherwise be polluting the Earth such as fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic from all over the world. That waste is then sorted and cleaned.

REGENERATE. Through a radical regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity.

REMAKE. The nylon is now ready for its second life as sunglasses frames.

DESIGN. We craft a unique design that keeps the recycling circle active, as the discarded Quoise glasses can be recycled again, and again, and again…
